Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT) has earned its third consecutive Gold Stevie® Award under the Sustainability Product of the Year in Asia, Australia and New Zealand category at the 2026 Stevie Internation Business Awards.

The Stevie® International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program, open to all individuals and organizations worldwide. The 2026 IBAs received more than 3,400 nominations submitted across 82 nations and territories, covering categories such as Company of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best New Product or Service, Startup of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others.

The latest recognition extends FILRT’s winning record at the international awards program, following Gold Stevie Awards in 2024 and 2025, and a Bronze Stevie Award for Sustainability Leadership in 2023.

The Stevie Awards judges cited the depth of FILRT’s sustainability initiatives and the measurable results supporting its entry. One judge noted that “FILRT demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability through measurable environmental outcomes,” pointing to its renewable energy adoption, green building certifications, carbon reduction measures, and transparent reporting.

Another judge highlighted how FILRT connects environmental performance with its commercial value, noting that the company’s sustainability initiatives contribute to lower operating costs and stronger assets. The judges also recognized FILRT’s ability to expand its portfolio while maintaining its sustainability standards and delivering solid financial and operational results.

FILRT closed 2025 with ₱3.58 billion in revenues, up 25% year-on-year, while net income excluding fair value adjustments rose 53% to ₱1.95 billion. Portfolio occupancy improved to 87%. Its gross leasable area also expanded by 37% to over 452,000 square meters following the addition of Festival Main Mall.

FILRT recently closed leasing deals covering more than 4,480 square meters across its office portfolio, reflecting continued demand aligned with its sustainability-focused strategy while further diversifying its tenant portfolio. These transactions include an approximately 2,100- square-meter office lease with a publicly listed financial services company at Axis Tower One, an expansion of over 1,500 square meters by a global customer experience and digital transformation firm at iHub 2, and an approximately 880-square-meter learning facility for an international school within the same building.

FILRT’s portfolio comprises 19 properties: 17 Grade A office buildings in Alabang and Cebu, Festival Main Mall in Alabang, and a resort lot in Boracay. This diversified asset base further strengthens FIRLT’s standing as the Philippines’ first sustainability-focused real estate investment trust.

FILRT’s 2025 environmental performance data in its latest integrated report, including its greenhouse gas emissions disclosures, was independently assured by DNV in accordance with recognized reporting frameworks. This external review reinforces the reliability and transparency of the company’s reported sustainability results.
